UV Print Services

With UV Printing the possibilities are endless. Most 3D objects and their unique surfaces can be printed on.

Surfaces like:

Inks

We can also print with white and/or clear ink.
White ink can be a base layer to bring out the vibrancy of colours. White can also be printed on dark surfaces to create a striking contrast.
Clear ink can bring a glossy finish to the image.

The UV inks we use are flexi ink, so it is more resistant to becoming cracked on surfaces that bend.

As UV ink is printed it is also dried by a UV light. It comes out ready and dry as soon as it comes out of the printer.

Dimensions

The maximum size object we can print on would be 610mm Wide, 460mm Deep and 250mm Tall.

Curved Surface

We can print on a curved surface up to a certain point. The Golf Balls below can be printed on in a small area but if the print were larger it would start to be more blurred as the print moves further on the curve.

Other Details

Some surfaces, like glass and steel, are difficult for the ink to stick to. In these cases we use a primer to bond the ink to the surface.
